Chief Executive Officer
Javier founded the company in 1998 along with his father. He has a passion for not only growing our business, but also the employees who work hard everyday helping us reach our goal. He enjoys spending time with his family and loves traveling!

Director of Operations
Jaime assists the CEO/President with the day to day functions of Operations, both internally and in the field. He loves spending time with his family and friends and loves local Sports teams (Dallas). His ultimate goal is to own a beach home and retire in Cancun. (John 3:16)
Darryl

Human Resources | Operations
Darryl has been with us for over 2 years. He's a UNT alumnus and has been in charge of our recruitment, HR, and Operations. Outside of work he likes following his favorite sports teams (Dallas) and attending his daughters basketball games.
Marissa
Garcia
Finance and Billing Administrator
Marissa returned in 2021 and has since taken many responsibilities in accounting, invoicing, and scheduling. She's a Texas State alumna and loves spending time with her family.

Coming from Texas State University, Sebastian is one of our newest members to join the accounting team. His interest include Dallas sports, electronic music, and traveling.

After graduating high school in 2018 and getting her barbers license in 2019- Ana has been transitioning into an office role where she supports our staff with administrative tasks.
